The Hon’ble DRAT Delhi (Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal Delhi) was eastablished vide GSR No: 498 (E) Dated 26/05/2000.

Jurisdiction: Territorial Jurisdiction of the Hon’ble Debt RecoveryAppellate Tribunal Delhi (DRAT Delhi) covers:

  • Debt Recovery Tribunal Chandhigarh (DRT Chandhigarh)
  • Debt Recovery Tribunal Delhi 1 (DRT 1 Delhi)
  • Debt Recovery Tribunal Delhi 2 (DRT 2 Delhi)
  • Debt Recovery Tribunal Delhi 3 (DRT 3 Delhi) and
  • Debt Recovery Tribunal Jaipur (DRT Jaipur)
